When Eve tried to heal me... something happened. I think my cells affected hers and we both got hurt. I was thinking of somehow using this as a weapon.

I don't know all the details, but I just know that Aya and Eve are very similiar. Aya mentioned being... abnormal, and Eve's power caused that kind of effect. It felt almost as if... she was trying to take control of my body. And my body didn't like it.
